While spring might be here, I'm still kind of wanting all the sun that was promised to us!

In the meantime, I'll gladly settle for this. Linda and company have been playing around with a new steak salad for the Oddfellows menu.  They were running it as a special this week, so if you see it in the future, make sure to order it.  Mixed greens, marinated tomatoes, caramelized onions, Stilton blue cheese in a delicious balsamic dressing.  The best part is the steak.   They lightly cook the steak medallions, take them off the heat and them let the rest. The slices are so tender, they're like steak butter.  I'm predicting this will be my next new favorite dish.
