When Dave and I took a trip to New York City this summer, one of our most anticipated meals was Momofuku Noodle Bar. And it didn't disappoint - great food, great service, great atmosphere.
Restaurateur David Chang was recently in Seattle promoting the Momofuku cookbook. Like many authors that come in to town, he was part of Kim Rickett's awesome Book Events series. I love that lady and all the great work she does creating really interesting events.
