First Thursday / May 2009

There are all sorts of great shows opening up on Thursday!

Over at PUNCH Gallery, Garek Druss and Dawn Cerny are representing the NW in a group show called, Grätüitöüs Umläüt. Can't wait to see what eccentricities brothers Jacob and Justin Gibbens have brought together for this show. I'm really excited to see Steve Seeley's stuff.

Forces of Nature by Zack Bent

Following his wife, Gala Bent, Zack Bent opens up his latest show, Buffalo Traces, at 4Culture.

Howard House is having a "greatest hits" show featuring lots of my favorite artists who have shown at HH during the past twelve years.

Kevin Fletcher, 2008

John Grade and Kevin Fletcher both open up shows at Davidson Galleries. Kevin Fletcher's monotypes look amazing!

The Baby Seal Club presents their Second Portrait Challenge.

At Lawrimore Project, they're busy installing a group show called Scores, curated by Volume (Robert Crouch + Ed Pututo) in collaboration with Yann Novak's sound installation, Relocation. This will be a total must-see (and must-hear)!

And if you read the previous post, you'll see that Claude Zervas and Beth Campbell open up at JHG tomorrow.
